The photo shop is to tourists as the aqualung recharger is to scuba divers...when you run out of film it can seem as though life has gone on hiatus... What's the point of seeing a sight unless you can prove that you stood in front of it?  A friend who coordinates tour groups tells of guests who have only one day in town; they ask the guide not to waste time talking...just pause the bus long enough to snap a picture; we'll read about it in the guidebook later tonight.
